Day 2 of 365 Days of Minimalism: Glory Days


Here’s a story of the many physical, emotional, symbolic or esoteric things I carry. Some have value others don’t. Sometimes I’ll tell you why, sometimes I won’t.

UPDATE: A happy ending

Just because something doesn’t have value to me doesn’t mean the object doesn’t having meaning to someone else. I took pictures of the yearbooks and posted them on my high school’s Class of 1986 alumni Facebook page and offered to ship them to a new home.

Within hours I had new homes for all the yearbooks and the high school jacket. I got rid of things with no value to me but value to someone else.
